Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Location: McKeesport, PA 15132
Duration: 3 Months with possible extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daylight; rotational weekends as needed

We is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care in a long-term care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily unit operations.
- Monitor resident care, staffing, and nursing standards.
- Support MDS completion, QA audits, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in surveys, inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Assist with employee evaluations, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
- Review resident complaints and assist with investigations.
- Promote resident rights, dignity, safety, and quality care.
- Serve as Nursing Department manager when directed.
Qualifications:
- BSN + 2 years supervisory/management experience, or
- ADN/Diploma + 4 years supervisory/management experience.
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- Long-term care or healthcare management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
